Ruth Estrada, 2012 National Ethics Essay Contest Winner!
NIGP initiated an Annual Ethics Essay Contest in 1997. The winner will be announced at the NIGP Annual Forum and Products Exposition and notified via email. The winning author receives $250 in cash prizes and two recertification points toward the CPPB or CPPO designation renewal.
